Peoples Choice Steampunk Contest Rules
1. Register Online Required - www.vppa.org
2. Models are volunteering - You must submit Images (Straight out of camera JPG is fine and not necessary to edit them) for distribution to the models (REQUIRED!)
3. Enter up to 5 images (Must be taken DURING Convention Feb. 16-18th)- 1st 8 x 10 Entry (Printed on site) is at no charge - additional entries $15 each paid via website

5. LIKE our VPPA Facebook Page - www.facebook.com/virginiappa and get ready to have all your friend LIKE your entry!
Each entry will be printed as an 8 x 10 for display at the Hotel for Voting and posted on the VPPA Facebook page -
Voting for both online & at the hotel will start at
5 pm on Sunday, Feb 18th through Monday at 8 am.
TOP 5 MOST VOTES in person and online will be juried by the
VPPA Board of Directors & announced at the end of convention on Feb. 19th!

Carter has been photographing for over 25 years. She is a member of PPA and PPNC since 2002, and VPPA since 2006. Carter earned her CRAFTSMAN Degree in 2011, her MASTERS Degree in 2015 and is a Certified Professional Photographer.
She has two studio locations with the newest addition of her ALLURE STUDIO in downtown Danville, Va. along with her residential studio in Sutherlin, Va.
She has PPA Loan Prints in the 2007, 2012 and 2014 collection. She has had images featured in Professional Photographers Magazine and Rangefinder and has received numerous awards, including:
