"Crafting Light"
Follow along as Tony works live demonstrating the detailed controls available with a number of different light shaping tools. The Softbox, Beauty Dish, Umbrella, and Hard Reflectors all have a right to exist and each are designed for a specific task. It is up to us as the creative director of our shoots to determine how we wish to showcase the look and mood of our client based on the source we chose to use. Tony will also spend time discussing the concept of a full understanding of the Tools of the Craft versus Controls of the Tools of the Craft. Tools include Sunlight, Flash, Studio Strobe and Ambient/Continuous Light. The controls include Additive, Subtractive, Transmission, Reflective.
