Participating in print competition can be one of the most powerful tools for improving your photography. Let’s take an in-depth look at the 12 Elements of a Merit image, the value of print competition, how competition is judged, getting started, common mistakes, the expectations in different genres and how to enter competition. If time allows, we will also see how to add a presentation mat to your images.
