District treasuries will need to be closed by November. As a district, we get to decide what to do with the money. The board is looking to allocate a certain amount of money on an annual basis for education and general operation, replacing the need for a treasury at the district level. Once the treasuries bank accounts are closed, we will not need the office of District Treasurer, which will require another vote from membership to remove from the Bylaws and Constitution.
